A platform in Congress is reserved for the general public, so that those persons 18 years of age or older may witness the plenary sittings. Those interested must be present on the Friday previous to the sitting they want to attend, in the Congressional Palace, entrance on calle Zorrilla , from 18h to 20h, with their N.D.I. or passport.

Persons who live outside Madrid can request an invitation by letter or fax, attaching a photocopy of their N.D.I., at the following address:

Petitions must be received in the Protocol Department before the
Friday previous to the sitting requested.

In special or extraordinary plenary sittings (Debate concerning the State of the Nation, Motion of Censure, etc.) the request to attend can be made in the manner indicated, but the number of available seats will be reduced.

A platform for groups with pre-arranged appointments can also be reserved. The processing of the petition is the same as for the "group guided visits", and people who attend must be at least 18 years of age or in the first year of Bachillerato.
